I’m always looking for new things to grow my business, so my next goal is trying out Printify.
While I offer digital download printables in my Etsy Shop, I’d like to to add physical products for anyone who may be interested.
This will also add an avenue to expand my content creation.
So on my blog I’ll be sharing the behind the scenes process with you.
(Throughout this article may be affiliate links and ads. There is no extra cost to the buyer, thank you for supporting my blog!*)
What is Printify?
Printify is a print on demand (POD) platform and company that helps people and businesses sell physical merchandise without having to keep a personal inventory of goods.
Honestly I think this is a great eco-friendly plan as well.
They offer a catalog of over 50 product options to choose from.
Artists then incorporate their own designs on the items they select.
How do you make a Sale?
The small (or large) business owner can then list the merchandise for sale on their own website or platform.
In my case I will be using my Etsy account.
When a customer buys a product from the shop, Printify will process the order and shipment.
The creator/seller/artist will receive a profit of the sale (minus the cost of product production costs)

What Products will RLS Photogenic offer?
To start out I’d like to focus on journals and notebooks, as well as types of cards.
For right now those fit in alignment with my other content on my blog, youtube, and Etsy printables shop.
But first I need to fully learn how Printify works.
I have a general idea but would like to get a better understanding so I can do it properly.
I’ll be beginning with just a few items in my online store.
Then hopefully down the line I will create more merchandise to choose from.
Plus seeing what works well and what customers enjoy and would like more of.
