Memorial Day weekend is the official summer kick off here in New York and with that, a new season begins so let’s talk about summer journal ideas!
(Even if the actual solstice does not occur until June)
What do you have planned this year? I’d love to hear about it in the comments below!
I’m going on a trip to Maine with my mom and sister to visit some family.
My husband and I will probably do some day trips and we are working on some house projects.
Okay so on to the blog article topic at hand.

Journaling through the Summer
Let’s start with either a brand new journal, or if you already have one in mind, make a designated section for this time.
Personally these are my two favorite notebooks:
The Bullet Journal- https://amzn.to/3WVQwtE for writing and tracking goals
Feela Dotted Journal Kit –https://amzn.to/3WZ3HKE for junk journaling / scrapbooking

Thought Process
First, think about how often you’d like to commit to your notebook.
Do you hope to write or create every day?
Or maybe just every once in a awhile.
Entries don’t have to just be about the most exciting times of your life.

Personal note
One summer during my High School years, I wrote the positive moments of each day before I went to bed.
I’m now in my 30s and still have that keepsake book.
That’s the thing, what ever you put in your notebook, you will have to save as long as you want.
