I just wanted to take a moment to wish you a very Merry Christmas!
I hope you have a wonderful holiday with a family and friends, creating special memories that last a lifetime.
Try to take a moment to enjoy the celebration and be present (no pun intended haha) as this year may not look the same as the next.
Whether in happy, sad, or both ways.
If you can, reflect on the past and the ancestors that have come before you.
What might their holidays have looked like and how they experienced things.
The Christmas season can also be a difficult time amongst joyous occasions.
That is okay too, it is normal not to feel completely excited 24/7 all through the month of December.
And if you can’t be with a loved one for what ever reason, try to do something for yourself that brings you peace and happiness.
Like putting on a favorite movie, reading a special book, or looking at photos or family videos.
I also want to Thank You for all the love you have shown me by reading my blog, whether a long time follower or new subscriber.
I look forward to sharing more content with you in the future all about family history and journaling ideas.
