Hi Friend!
Thank you for visiting! I began RLS Photogenic Productions, L.L.C in October of 2015. Entrepreneurship has always interested me and it’s been a journey trying to figure out what exactly I want to do.
I originally did freelance photography & videography but transitioned to creating content around my other hobbies. I love journaling, collecting postcards, genealogy, listening to podcasts, growing plants, watching my favorite youtubers.
Blogging is something I have done occasionally over the years but have been consistently posting since August of 2022.
Sharing a little bit about myself.
In 2025 I took a step back from honestly everything. It was a year with a lot of changes.
My husband and I were renovating a family house that we now call home, and I was also pregnant. I left the corporate world of Healthcare Marketing after 7 years to focus on baby. Something that took a lot of financial planning but was our goal entering life as a family of 3.
In the Fall we welcomed baby boy in to our lives and it’s been an exciting (while also tiring) whirlwind ever since.
We’ve gotten in to a new sense of normal and with that I’d also like to get back to creating content about journaling and family history. With some personal notes sprinkled throughout it all. My Etsy shop also provides helpful printable templates and paper craft sheets.
And a random fun fact, I have a pet rooster! He’s even on Instagram – Mr Rooster’s Journey
My Content
The main reason I started this blog and a youtube channel was as a new hobby to handle the grief of my grandfather passing in 2022.
I hope through my content I can share some of the things he has taught me.
I share new blog articles often and publish Journal with Me videos on Youtube
