Hi Friends!
2025 has arrived! I admit I’m writing this a few days after the first of January but still, it’s the first week!
The year is already off to a busy start. I had to work and honestly didn’t do much for New Year’s Eve but that is okay. I’m more of an introvert that doesn’t do well with late nights, and my husband had to work a night shift.
So I stayed home, started a new tv show, played some Animal Crossing for the NYE event, watched the Time Square Ball Drop, texted all my friends and family and went to bed!
This weekend we are both in a wedding party so we really were just trying to keep life simple in preparation.
Well now that I caught you up on my world, how was your New Year’s celebrations? Did you go out and party, or stay homebound in pajamas?
Reflection of Business Stats
2024 was my 2nd year of blogging and having an online business. So I thought it’d be fun to share with you my statistics / analytics of the past year!
And creating a post to reflect back on in the future.
So let’s jump in, for the full year of 2024 my content had:
- Blog- 6,717 Views. 4,372 Visitors
- Etsy Shop- 35 Sales, net profit $90.19
- YouTube Channel- 4,989 views. 120 watch hours. currently at 122 subscribers.
- Pinterest- 2.93K outbound clicks. 539 saves. 224.6K Impressions
- Email Newsletter- Currently at 29 subscribers
I’m so proud of all I have accomplished and it wouldn’t be possible without views and interest from readers / viewers! Thank you for being here and supporting me in this journey!
Creating content and building my small business is something I do on the side as I work full time and this past year was also renovating a house with my husband.
I do hope that someday I can work on these projects full time and sustain an income but I am certainly not there yet. But it is good to have goals!
Future Content
So something I am looking to do in 2025 is adding more personal content in both my blog and Etsy shop.
I will admit I don’t have an exact plan in place but it is something I want to try.
Part of why I follow certain creators is because of their personality over the type of the topics they even discuss.
Once I move to my new home I will also have a workspace set up to make more items for my Etsy shop using my Cricut machine!
I’m looking forward to the year ahead and sharing new content!
Happy 2025!
